DE LA GARZA ARCHIECTURE LLC creates individualized layout options to ensures that the needs and goals of the project can fit into the space allotted. Test Fits are layout plans to assess the clients needs in a given space and helps confirm the number of rooms, areas and people that can be accommodated. A test fit allows for the design plan to be ultimately completed, tested, and vetted through all parties. The test fit allows people to see, react and respond to the space plan and helps guide solutions to issues. These are especially useful to landlords, brokers and tenants and often get incorporated into a lease. We will survey the spaces for the intended renovations, conduct a preliminary code review and prepare layout options for review by the client.
