The property owners sought to upgrade the appearance of the retail level of the building. 

DE LA GARZA ARCHITECTURE LLC developed three stylistically different design options, each paired with a range of stone, porcelain and metal finishes for the owners consideration.  A step-by-step plan was provided to help them achieve the project in coordination with rolling lease turnovers and other site improvements at minimum risk. 

Challenges included relocation of piping and ducts to achieve accessible entries, engineered attachment of stone to the brick and structure and coordination with a key tenant fit out at the corner location.
