DE LA GARZA ARCHITECTURE LLC provided design, architecture and full project management for the renovation of this 4600 sf penthouse at the Olympic Tower on Fifth Avenue and 51st Street, one of New York’s preeminent residential buildings.
This project included bedroom and bathroom relocations, an expanded state-of-the art kitchen, a new air conditioning system, stone and wood finishes, hand lacquered millwork and an electronically integrated lighting, audio/video, shade and climate control system.
From design and architecture to gaining approvals to coordinating engineers, consultants, contractors and suppliers, DE LA GARZA ARCHITECTURE LLC was able to meet the needs of this international client and maintain the project schedule.
